Intuitive DAM and excellent support

We began using Asset Bank last year, and I have been really pleased with both the system and the wonderful implementation support I have received (thanks, Chris). The system is very flexible and intuitive and anytime I've come across something I couldn't figure out, Chris was also very quick to help. I highly recommend this DAM. As an archivist, I can also highly recommend for other archives, libraries, and museums.

The platform is excellent as well as their customer service

Responsive and reliable.

The team at Asset Bank have always been responsive and very helpful in getting us up and running. It's my first time working with a DAM tool and I'm pleased to have chosen Asset Bank - special thanks to Hannah Dodds and Paul Mulvee.

A stable platform that still offers innovative tools every now and then

Great company

Asset Bank have supplied our image library solution for 5 years now. I have always found Asset Bank great to work with - they are responsive and have a can do outlook - they want to find a solution to what you want. They know how to talk to novices and utilise technology in a way that everyone can understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

The most important aspect for us is to be able to share our contents worldwide, with distributors, athletes and dealers, being really fast. Improving researches by users with meta data is also really useful.

Great user/administrator interface and implementation support

Interface is very easy to use for both regular users and administrators; SSO technology enables integration with our institution's authentication and authorization system; Granular access control; Embedded metadata mapping allows extraction of image embedded metadata upon asset uploading to auto populate attributes; Integration with Google maps, Wordpress, MS office, and pdf etc. Great implementation support.
