"Assembly is a great interactive tool to appreciate your employees!"

What do you like best about Assembly? Assembly is a great platform that our company LOVES. It's a great way for employees in different departments to interact and appreciate one another. This application allows for everyone in a company to come together and celebrate wins. I love how there are many different gift cards to choose from, or charties to donate to. What do you dislike about Assembly? Assembly does sometimes send quite a few emails on posts directed to the whole company. Although ...

"Easy to use and SO versatile!"

What do you like best about Assembly? Assembley offers SO much for the actual price of the service. With the level of versitility and creativity it fosters, you really get a massive benfit from taking the time to build out what works for your team. What do you dislike about Assembly? They are still a growing company so a few fearures like adding bold or underlined words to posts is on the horizon but not quite a feature yet. What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Pleasant Surprise!"

What do you like best about Assembly? Assemble has been super easy to use and very rewarding! (no pun intended) It's nice having an official way to recognize co-workers that is more than a pat on the back! What do you dislike about Assembly? There is really only 1 small thing I dislike about assembly and that is when someone posts "@everyone" the personal email I receive states it was addressed to me which, although it may be a good post I'll enjoy, is a small let down it's not just to ...

"A Positive Review for Assembly"

What do you like best? Nice to have a consistent reminder to acknowledge your peers - and couldn't we all use a little extra love right now?!? That fact that you can, with a couple of simple clicks - tell your peer (and the rest of the company) that you appreciate their efforts sure is nice. We're all looking for that effortless experience... and Assembly, in my opinion ranks very well as a platform that offers exactly that. In addition to your words, you can add cool trophies and ...

"An amazing employee recognition platform!"

What do you like best? I like how simple and fast the platform is, it's so effortless to thank or recognize an employee and it really does make their day. We have a lot of remote employees so it's also nice to be in the know of how they're making an impact on the company. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything to dislike. There was once a bug but the assembly team responded extremely quickly and fixed it that same day. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely ...

"We recommend Assembly to all of our Employee Benefits Clients."

What do you like best? We are in the business of helping companies attract and retain key talent. Assembly is a cost-effective way to create a strong culture of collaboration and positive reward feedback cycles that reinforce the right behaviors among coworkers and staff. Easy to use, easy to administrate, and very fair pricing model. What do you dislike? I'm surprised this is a required field. Not a whole lot to mention here. Assembly works as stated. Haven't had any issues with our team ...
