The opportunity to send recognition to my colleagues, the prizes that we can choose almost anything and love to send gifs to my friends and every month able to get a prize. I think it could have more places to change for prizes, also the card that they give you can only take up to 100 Euros and could be unlimited to help buy better things. I feel that it's a great way to tangibly recognize someone's efforts and let them know I appreciate what they do for and on behalf of our team.
