New admin user getting acquainted with Assembled - so far, so good, and love their support!

What do you like best? Assembled makes it easy to view schedules on a daily/weekly basis, and has lots of filtering and sorting features to make sure the staffing view is as relevant as needed. It's also very easy for agents to submit PTO, and for team leads to adjust the schedule according to real time changes. What do you like best? Assembled really simplifies the complicated task of seeing your staffing across interval and vendor sites. Not only are we able to create/manage internal schedules directly in the tool, but we can also have all of our 1000+ vendor schedules aggregated as well. Less time spent scheduling and more time spent helping customers!

What do you like best? Assembled has greatly reduced the amount of time spent creating daily schedules. Their daily scheduling algorithm automated about 80% of our daily scheduling and is simple to use. We previously were using Google sheets for daily scheduling needs and this caused long load times and frequent errors as the team made intraday changes. What do you like best? Assembled share the same values as Grammarly and impose a can-do attitude. We use Gcal integrations and needed other custom features that usually do not go in a package. Perfect Workforce Management Tool

What do you like best? Everything we need in a workforce management tool! Our CX team has grown 5x in size in under a year and Assembled has helped make our growth/scheduling manageable and seamless. It is easy to use for both admins and for regular users to access and view their schedules. Assembled helps streamline agent scheduling

What do you like best? We use Assembled to generate a daily schedule for agents in multiple departments. Agents are scheduled using an algorithm to match schedule availability with volume needs. This helps us create a daily "breakdown" to 90% completion in minutes, with final human tweaks at the end. What used to take an hour or two each day now takes 30 minutes or less. Wish I found them sooner (but they didn't exist yet!)

What do you like best? The entire team was acutely aware and reactive to my needs. At the time of onboarding Assembled, I was managing a growing team of 75 reps across 2 cities, and 4 channels, and had some very unique and extremely complex requests. What do you like best? It's a one stop shop workforce management. It houses our forecasts and schedules and allows us to look into realtime data points to make real time decisions. User friendly program for managers and associates alike!

What do you like best? I love the ease of use - It is helpful in sorting by location, level or "skill", channel and more! It helps my Leads maintain coverage across our channels seamlessly, reallocate bandwidth, and share out schedules. It also helps us project for volume against coverage and easily factor in PTO to daily coverage. What do you like best? I like the fact that you can see an overview of each hour from individual agents. It is also helpful for agents to be able to see what others are doing in case there is a change to the schedule. What do you dislike?
