What do you like best? Assembla has been a highly valuable service from the start. Migrating our system was painless and easy. The server has been running outstandingly well since then. Anytime I have had questions, their support staff responded very quickly and resolved my issue very quickly also. Responsive and professional company - good quality service

What do you like best? For the single tenant solution, Perforce hosting speed and reliability is exceptional! Premium support is very responsive and helpful - problems get fixed so quickly after they appear, though that is quite infrequently. Pricing for premium services is quite reasonable - the bulk of the cost is Perforce licensing. What do you dislike? Nothing! All you need, handled by someone else.

What do you like best? The premium support is super fast and always ready to help. What do you dislike? There's definitely a cost associated with the service, but it's cheaper than having someone paid to manage an on-site server. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are too small to have dedicated IT staff, and we don't want to have to host a server here with risks of down-time.

Terrible Customer Service

What do you like best? Honestly nothing, it was a half decent tool for managing dev work. What do you dislike? Their customer service is very terrible. No customer empathy, don't have the authority to escalate to solve problems. They have been messing with pricing plans so much that we need to add 5 users and they only would do so if we upgraded to a plan that was 20x the price per user than we were paying. I woudn't recommend Assembla for project management for software projects

What do you like best? I can't really think of anything I really like about assembla. It is complicated to use, has the basic features that are needed, but the end result is difficult to read. The editor doesn't provide much help. Changes are displayed together with relevant information in a way that makes reading a simple task complicated. The truth is that it can be very challenging to handle projects by using Agile methodology (Scrum, Sprint and etc) but Assembla helps us to better handle all of these and to implement it for both project managers and developers. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? In the past I used Assembla very often. I remember, I coudl email a ticket in diffeent shcedule jobs and to get great visibility of SQL tasks. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like Assembla’s interface because it is simple and intuitive. The required fields help us to manage data we need and to track bugs. We can easily create queries and to keep tabs on specific kinds of issues in one place.
