integration of various services is handy
What do you like best? linking of git activity to tickets, and various other services linking together, is very handy What do you dislike? I feel like they do approximately 0 dogfooding and have no QA department at all. I could be wrong, that's just how it feels. I can't count how many bug reports I've filed, but if I had to estimate, maybe 30? A few of those are bugs that affect me every day, but have not been fixed despite me reporting them months ago. What do you like best? We use Assembla for our projects and we appreciate the fact that each new team member can start use it immediately. We like the possibility to integrate it with other tolls and the ability to extend the data model easily. Assembla is also Reliable. We do not recall any significant downtime, sure there were some issues but it was typically resolved within an hour. A perfect history track
What do you like best? You can track the whole history of an issue What do you dislike? It is not always possible to search ticket number. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Take under control the project evolution with specific information about the progressive effort of an activity for each area. Assembla allows to relate children ticket to father one and this really helps.

Intuitive and professional for team development
What do you like best? I like that it's very intuitive to use all the sections, you don't need hours of learning curves for getting into using it What do you dislike? I was just thrown into a project on Assembla
What do you like best? And having it all in there helped me a lot to get going quickly, while also being able to share the same platform with our customers and teammates. They specially seem to be very happy with it, they're the ones creating tickets and updating the wiki which is really nice for a distributed team. What do you dislike? Assembla made my life easy
What do you like best? When I was first introduced to Assembla, it was very exciting to have both source code and tickets at once place. Assembla team kept introducing new featured at a rapid pace. Time to time they have introduced hooks, likes of ticket id and comments during code commits. Which allowed us to have better control at code quality. What do you dislike? Grate tool for version controle
What do you like best? like the fact that you can use Assembla as a free tool for cloud-hosted source control. You can have as many users as you need to be connected to the same server. As a paid member, I can access excellent project management tools. Both managers and developers can easily use the software as it is not complex. Reporting is also very easy. What do you like best? Assembla ticket facility, svn intigration of assmbla. The best part is we will get instant alret when ever an event happens to our ticket. What do you dislike?
