What do you like best? The format and UI is very easy to navigate through. Feedback from our customers are well organised and it's easy to see contact history with the customer. What do you like best? So the company I work for was trying to implement something new in order to aim for more Facebook/Google reviews without having to run more workflows. "Simple, yet multi-feature NPS measure tool!"
What do you like best? The software, in general, is very intuitive to use. I like the simplicity. Automation and integration with Salesforce is very crucial to us - and, AskNicely does it seamlessly. Our Account Manager was super prompt and extremely helpful. So was their Support Team. We are an Saas company and AskNicely works beautifully for us.
