"AskNicely "

What do you like best? AskNicely is very easy to use after account setup. The software does most of the work for you. I like the ability to import answered surveys into our team Slack channel. Not all team members deal with AskNicely on a daily basis and this allows us all to comment on responses. What do you dislike? I wish we could create other types of surveys in addition to NPS. "Fantastic NPS service"

What do you like best? I like that its built to do one thing, and do it well. There are lots of other services that do NPS, but usually bundled with other features, and overbuilt, or that do in-app NPS, which I don't like. I wanted just email NPS, and asknicely is built to do that very well. I aaaaalmost couldn't be happier with the service. Also support is good. What do you dislike? "Our eyes on the field"

What do you like best? We are using AskNicely for over 2 years now and it is literally our eyes & ears in the field. Although it is not always possible to get users invest their time to put comments, we at least know where we stand and give a call to those who are not putting their comments. What do you dislike? "Great Product - Does What it States it Will Do"

What do you like best? I like that I can see feedback on an app as the feedback is coming in. I can respond to customers with templates that help me keep the conversation going. I appreciate being able to send customers out to another site to review us, if they are a promoter. "Results easy to read and classify "

What do you like best? Themes are well classified and the dashboard gives a good summary of the results. What do you dislike? Sometimes I couldn't update the survey's logo or colours. It kept going back to the previous version. Also the reports are more like rough data, when I would like to see in depth more insights on the results. What do you like best? I like that they only ask for a simple one question survey What do you dislike? We have quite a few customers that do not complete the survey What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Excellent for obtaining feedback from clients"

What do you like best? The support to get set up was excellent thanks Claudia and now for all of our team to be able to easily see the feedback provided from clients with the TV set up, is brilliant. What do you like best? The UI is extremely clean and easy to understand. The data the platform provides is invaluable to our team, as it allows us to find our most valuable customers, while also seeing problems ahead of time and be proactive with them.
