"Great experience, great tool"
What do you like best? The things you can build with AskNicely, and the people who work there and "coach" you to use it. What do you dislike? Not much so far. It's a bit hard to understand the differences betweek workflows and surveys at first but then it's OK. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating a real net promoter system rather than just a score.

"Client centric is what ask nicely is all about."
What do you like best? I think it is real time feedback from our clients that we can take action on immediately. What do you dislike? I have not found anything I have disliked What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staff are more engaged and we are finding where we may have gaps in our training / client service capability

The straightforward design helps in engagement!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The no-nonsense layout somehow encourages recipients to respond to our surveys more. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Email personalization can be a struggle. Naturally, we want to send out the survey with an email that speaks directly to our recipients. "Easy to use, quick support"
What do you like best? Fast response times when I have a question about the interface. What do you dislike? Would like easier ways to manage data for client contacts. (names, emails, etc.) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Figuring out how our clients feel about our service.. It was a mystery for a while. It is beneficial to get real time feedback on how we can improve.

"Intuitive, Easy to Use Customer NPS Software"
What do you like best? - Simple to setup: We were able to get started with AskNicely in under a week (which was great because we were a bit late to the NPS game and needed to execute quickly). Our account manager was very helpful in explaining and setting it up. - Mobile App w/Push Notifications: Great mobile app that keeps me updated on our progress. "good interface, simple and powerfull"
What do you like best? it's got an api that makes it very simple to work with google sheets. the UI is nice the setup is rather easy. What do you dislike? would be nice to have the options to use html templates for email workflow replies to responses based on criteria. Recommendations to others considering the product: go for it. "A Good Team Dedicated to A Great Experience"
What do you like best? Things don't always go according to plan. I think we all know that but what really sets AskNicely apart was that when things didn't go according to plan, they went above and beyond to make it right, no matter what it cost them personally, and THAT is what makes you want to work with someone for years to come. "Great Product and a Great Team!"
What do you like best? Simplicity of the tool and the new conversational UI makes it easier to get feedback from our clients. Also, a big shout out to Gretchen and Andy for ensuring we were up and running quickly. What do you dislike? They just added the ability to send surveys from multiple domains so I don't have any dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Great way to keep a pulse on customer sentiment"
What do you like best? I like how it's automated and really easy to set up and manage. I also like the integration w/ Slack so everybody in the company can see responses and know what customer sentiment is. What do you dislike? "Easy product to use to propel your customer service forward."
What do you like best? The staff at AskNice.ly is very accommodating. They respond quickly to questions and are eager to assist when we ask for training help.
