I used other backup solutions but this one is one of the best when it comes to managing service provider. I like that there is no need of agent on every server. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The whole backup restore process within version 11 is smooth. I am able to restore files to my customers at any time. Its support team is responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied from level 1 training. Its staff makes me feel that I’m part of their family.
