The modern swiss army knife of rental properties

The feature set of Arize is so broad it's hard to pick what we like the best. The fact that it does all of it at a high level of competence is pretty amazing as it seems to have anticipated where the bottlenecks are in managing our HOA and coming up with efficient solutions that overcome the issues...and its successfully done this time and time again so far.

Very receptive to new ideas

Arize is very receptive to our requests for new product features or improvements. We really love the backup cell signal the devices have in case our WiFi drops out, we still stay connected and operational.

Out with the old ways..

To be honest, coming mainly from a property owner perspective, this is so far ahead of the older traditional processes that its difficult to dislike anything about it.

It helps you to manage your properties maintenance better

One of the things I like is that it sends me and the rest of my team alerts right when there's a possible leak or security alarm so my maintenance team can be dispatched immediately. It also alerts the tenant so they are aware of the emergency in case there's potential danger for them or their belongings.

Total gamechanger

Arize literally saved me hundreds of hours driving around town checking in on different properties under my management. All I need to do now is login to the management portal to see everything in one place. What more is there to say

Smart system designed just right

The smart system was designed just right.I like the ease of use between their app and integration with all the devices in each unit that lets tenants unlock and lock their doors through their own app, lets our staff monitor for any safety or emergencies on the property manager app, and has been so convenient.Negative: I was told they have a bunch of other features coming soon but the current features are fantastic.Overall, all needs have been addressed other than one question, but standards ...

Amazing customer support

An amazing company to work with. They gave great customer service, very easy to get in touch, lots of tutorials to guide you through any steps. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy working with them. Their customer success team has always been professional, knowledgeable, friendly as well as patient and understood any issues or questions. Thank you for your help.

Convenient technology

Was referred to them from one of my friends, I'm pretty shocked at how convenient this technology is. This really does pay for itself although I wouldn’t have minded a better deal ;) Either way they look great in my properties and seem sturdy.
