What do you like best about ARC Facilities? Ease of use. The software is very intuitive and requires minimal training. This is important if you expect your staff to use it. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? Not a lot. Probably the only drawback is the ability to save CAD files (vs. just PDF). Recommendations to others considering ARC Facilities: Be somewhat selective on the drawings and manuals you upload (i.e. - don't need obscure drawings or manual for your power drill). What ...

Having the shut off inventory at the hands of the maintenance staff appears to be a time saver in daily maintenance and emergency situations What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? "Sometimes App isn't as responsive as we would like."

What do you like best about ARC Facilities? Useful to have all information organized in one location. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? The way the files are structured in the app and how to navigate around to those files. What problems is ARC Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you? Having all pertinent information in one location for all users to have access to in an emergency. We haven't had to utilize it in an actual emergency yet.

What do you like best about ARC Facilities? I really enjoy the fact that I can get easily pin any areas in question for my staff to know exactly where my concerns are. What do you like best about ARC Facilities? We really liked the front end customer service. Our project manager was very engaged and easy to work with. The main advantage was being to access documents remotely through a smartphone. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? What do you like best about ARC Facilities? ARC's "emergency" module is a lifesaver. We are a 3 campus district with more than 700k square feet of facilities and minimal support staff. Being able to access utility shutoff information and emergency resources within a few minutes in the palm of my hand is an incredible resource. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? What do you like best about ARC Facilities? The ARC Facilities platform puts needed information in the hands of staff to quickly locate shut-offs, access points, and equipment. What do you like best about ARC Facilities? ARC is easy to use with all of our devices intergrated onto one tracking platform. Ipad and CarePhone makes it a seamless mobile solution. What do you like best about ARC Facilities? Arc personnel has been able to help our employees see change can be good by providing on site training and readily available on using the Facilities program. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? I have found no downsides to date, ARC staff consistently keeps in contact and easily accessible when needed.
