What do you like best? Creating walkthroughs is a breeze as one can create it without any prior knowledge. I have used some of the on-boarding tools in the past which usually demand certification. What do you like best? Helps new users figure out what to do without bugging IT with simple requests. What do you dislike? We ran into a couple issues getting this working on mobile, but it was something we had done wrong. Their support team helped us fix it in a flash. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It’s really easy to use. The on-screen help is there if a user needs it, but it doesn’t get in the way if someone doesn’t need it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The Apty team is awesome and really responsive. They’ve been a huge help during our implementation. What do you dislike?
