Changed the way we interact with Salesforce

What do you like best? Apty shows me exactly what to do inside Salesforce, and I love it. It makes the new new Lightning version so much better. What do you dislike? Nothing. It has been working great for me What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company rolled out Apty as a part of our changeover to Salesforce lightning. It made the change much easier. We got up to speed on the new layout much faster this way.

Application usage analytics are really helpful.

What do you like best? We can track and analyze what users are doing in the system. Most importantly we can help them where they need help by looking into the areas where they need more help and taking longer time to complete tasks. What do you dislike? Fantastic walkthroughs and easy to create Workflows

What do you like best? I have used other solutions in the past. Though they were good but Apty is even better. The reason is it’s editor. It’s a lot easier to use. No coding or scripting is required. What do you dislike? There was small issue in the deployment which delayed the initial release but handled well by their customer success team and was rectified immediately. What do you like best? We’ve saved so much time with Apty. It works great for showing new users how to get around our application and find what they need. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It can be implemented almost immediately and starts providing results. What do you dislike? Get more features out sooner! The roadmap looks great but we need them soon What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
