What do you like best? Step-by-step training is available to users 24/7 with Apty. Users have the ability to search for needed training any time of the day or night. What do you like best? The low cost of acquisition and implementation of Apty was a no-brainer, especially since we were able to get benefits of the system from day 1. New users were quickly able to learn and navigate complex touch-points on multiple pages with ease. What do you like best? It's designed in such a way that it will help the user to navigate properly through various steps. So, it makes the process very easy for the user to understand it and complete it with the help of the Apty. All it needs just a browser extension and then it will automatically starts working. Apty is like having "the specialist" sit next to you at work
What do you like best? It's easy to use! I especially like that you can start the training partway through a task and don't have to start from step 1. I also especially like that it makes it very clear what icon or menu is being referred to. It eliminates the need to have "cheat sheets" or Post-It notes for those tasks that you don't do every day, but do just often enough to be annoying. Great customer service and easy to use!
What do you like best? The team that helps with any questions or concerns. They are there to reply quickly or schedule a meeting to ensure everything is working well. What do you dislike? Building the information into the system for company use is a bit confusing until you are comfortable with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A system moving to the Cloud and it is changing the look and feel so this will replace the need for training.
