Interface isn't very user friendly for beginners. As as admin, it is also difficult to work on the back-end at times. But all in all, the system is nicely constructed and when fluent, I can see the benefits it has to offer.

"Decent product, TERRIBLE customer service"

What do you like best about Apto? You can make it as detailed or simple as you want. It's really up to you. What do you dislike about Apto? Customer service is terrible. They used to have a call line you could call w/ questions. Now they have a ticketing system where it's impossible to get someone on the line.
