"If you are considering Apto as your new CRM; Don't Do It"

What do you like best about Apto? Apto is our CRM and has been for the past 5+ years. It functions as a basic database CRM and we have 10,000+ contacts and 6,000+ properties in the system. What do you dislike about Apto? Do NOT switch to Apto. While it may look good on the surface, they have technicians constantly tinkering in the background and they regularly break things. What do you like best about Apto? It's fast and easy to input information into the database and it's also customizable. I like the ability to be able to see all the important information at a glance. What do you dislike about Apto? Having to wait maybe 24 hours before you can get a question answered. It would be nice to have a "chat" section, because having to wait 24 hours before getting an answer to a question really slows down the process of getting things done because of the wait ...

What do you like best about Apto? It does allow to store and retrieve a tremendous amount of data. What do you dislike about Apto? Far too many clicks to input data. Much too time consuming inputting data. Recommendations to others considering Apto: It requires too many clicks to input data. Far too time consuming. What problems is Apto solving and how is that benefiting you? Just trying to manage my contacts and track specific properties. Its overkill for my purposed.

What do you like best about Apto? Apto is easy to use and navigate, and makes collaboration throughout the office easy. What do you dislike about Apto? Only downside is sometimes too much info on pages and need to customize. What problems is Apto solving and how is that benefiting you? Office and deal collaboration.

What do you like best about Apto? The ability to link properties to a contact What do you dislike about Apto? The Apto maps feature is dated and does not always work like it should. What problems is Apto solving and how is that benefiting you? Apto allows me to efficiently prospect for new business and follow up with existing contacts.
