A Dynamic Database
What do you like best? I work with Aptify as part of the American Dental Association. Aptify has adapted to the needs of the ADA very well over time. What do you dislike? The database setup is a bit cumbersome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ADA began using Aptify so that all state and local dental societies could be networked into the same database.

Aptify can be your best friend or your worst enemy!
What do you like best? I like the fact that aptify gives you comprehensive access to all of a customers information and allows you to customize the information needed. What do you dislike? I do not like that you cant really put restrictions on aptify according to who the user is and that it pretty much gives all of the users the same access. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It provides us with quick access to customer information.

What do you like best? Although our professional association has over 80,000 members, we are able to search and record information with ease. I like that we can create our own views when we have an idea of data we want to have access to. What do you dislike? I don't think the system is very user friendly. Better Than Before But Not User Friendly
What do you like best? Our association had not updates its AMS system in close to 20 years so we were coming off of a very antiquated system. When compared to the old way of doing things Aptify seems like a miracle tool. What do you like best? There aren't very many things that were good about this program, however, the one nice thing was that it had a lot of reports and could house a ton of data. What do you dislike? It took completely forever to run list and sync campaigns. It was constantly slow and would take hours on end to do one thing.
