"HIPAA compliance at the click of a few buttons"

What do you like best? Our small healthcare startup could not have gotten off the ground nor fulfilled our first contract without the ease and speed of Aptible's hosting. We were able to focus on developing our application, and Aptible covered the rest. We've since gone through numerous vendor reviews with subsequent customers, and each time Aptible's reliabilities and capabilities have helped advance the opportunity. Their support is also phenomenal.

"Decent Service, Bad Documentation"

What do you like best? Having worked with numerous health-related projects, having ways to guarantee HIPAA compliance from a platform perspective is pretty awesome. That leaves the rest of the hassle to internal operations, which –especially on international teams– is already pretty messy.

What do you like best? Their instant support. Every time that I have an issue or a suggestion, Aptible support team replied immediately, always trying to understand my point of view.

A lot of self service tooling that is straightforward to use (logging, database backup and restore, auditing functionality). Compare this to other vendors which require you to open support tickets for any maintenance operations.

What do you like best? Incredible easy to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications through the command line utilities.

What do you like best? It just works. Nice UI to setup components and environments which eliminates the complexity of setting up and managing AWS directly. Allows me to worry about the code instead of the underlying deployment infrastructure. The support staff has been great at responding to incidents and proactively taking measures to ensure our application remains available.
