APS Goes the Extra Mile
What do you like best? APS is ready and available to help anytime. It is nice for the tickets to go into to someone who is available rather than having a specific person to rely on What do you dislike? Amazing Customer Service and Support
What do you like best? Ease of use, admin interface, straight forward clear platform. Customer support and overall response time which has continued to be very timely in post Covid remote work environment. Mobile app simple and easy to explain and train employees on. Payroll is great, Time Off Tracking SoSo
What do you like best? The payroll part is great - easy to use and easy to process. Reporting is good - especially once you find the report you like and save is to your favorites. EASIEST WAY TO DO PAYROLL!
What do you like best? All information is saved and easy to track with the report system. You can search by employee or have it customized for anything you are needing. What do you dislike? I have not found a feature that I dislike. It would be more user friendly with a "next" tab vs having to change tabs at the top to move forward. Excellent Product and Service

Great product and amazing service!
What do you like best? I love the customizability of the program. We are able to track all of the information we need for ourselves and regulatory and licensure agencies. What do you dislike? Getting the GL set up was a little tricky, but we got there. The help topics are not very helpful when you are looking for a specific answer but my team is amazing and gets back to me very quickly with the answers I need. What do you like best? I love the APS ease of use. I also like how well they are able to help with clergy pay. What do you dislike? NOTHING!! Seriously we have had no problems with APS.
