My finance teams is very happy with the functionality and the excellent service and quick responsiveness they receive from their APS support team. What do you like best? The payroll grid is simple to manually adjust and toggling between employee profiles while processing makes correcting things quick without loosing your work. What do you like best? The one on one training received when we started using APS for our payroll process was very informative with detailed instructions. Any time you have a question or issue, the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful immediately. No waiting to get an answer. What do you like best? We had been with a payroll company for 20+ years prior to changing over to APS. Their team did an exceptional job of transitioning us to the new system and making sure we felt prepared to switch. However, the best thing about APS is by far their reporting.
