What do you like best? What I like the most about the APS platform is the ease of use and capabilities. The data entry is a quick and simple. I am able to upload employee time directly into the payroll spreadsheet saving time from having to manually enter each employee's time record. What do you like best? We have about 60 employees and it was getting hard to manage payroll, HR, attendance and compliance trainings. What do you like best? The website for payroll is so simple! And if I have questions, an agent jumps right on it. I have always had nice dealings with the employees. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The migration from our existing payroll system was super easy and the software is intuitive for our hourly employees. What do you dislike? It can't be that simple!

What do you like best? APS has made payroll processing so simple and uncomplicated. What use to take 1/2 day to process takes all of 20 minutes most on the day I process payroll. APS has created many reports for you that in the past I had to create and many options in APS were not available in our past payroll module. Oh, and benefit enrollment is amazing as well. eselfserve portal even has supervisors praising APS. Approving their teams time off request, birthdays, anniversaries, ...

APS has been a great substitution for our in-house COBOL based payroll program

What do you like best? Easier input of information which cuts down the time I spend on payroll. Employees can also get their stubs online. The more familiar I get with it, the easier it is to work with it. What do you dislike? Changes to the initial setup might take a short time, but our customer rep is quick to respond. What do you like best? APS make things so much more efficient than our previous software. Time spent by the managers and admin having to check employee time sheets has been greatly reduced.
