What do you like best? I love the chat feature that allows you to quickly submit a request to your account team. Any time I have an issue or have a question, I can quickly message my team and they get back to me ASAP. The message feature is much more convenient than having to locate the contact number. What do you like best? I like the integrated TimeKeeping and Payroll modules. It is easy for employees to enter their hours from remote locations. It is easy to use and the Customer Support is top-notch. What do you dislike? Some of the fields for deductions and earnings are not as customizable as I would like; for example, 401K match contribution percentages are tricky to adjust from the Admin side. What do you like best? Customer Service is top notch. Everyone I've worked with has been excellent. What do you dislike? Sometimes the response time with just one person has been slack. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly Recommend. This is a great system for payroll and tax filings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I hated the state filings. Now they do them for me. Also, the HR piece works for us.

What do you like best? I most like how simple APS has made it to manage my payroll and make changes when needed.
