Easy to use
What do you like best? I like the ease of use of the system. navigating is easy and intuitive. the reports are also easy to use and there are plenty of canned reports so we don't have to create to many custom reports. Great Payroll Solution
What do you like best? Everything is handled by APS. They take care of paying all taxes on our behalf and are always there to answer questions if needed. What do you dislike? The website could be a little more user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With our old payroll system, we had to handle all of the taxes ourselves. It is really nice to have APS handle everything for us. The payroll cost is not expensive either.

The platform is easy to use and our assigned APS team are very responsive and helpful.
What do you like best? APS has everything that we need as an attendance & payroll solution. What do you dislike? ACA data input is cumbersome and has taken me a while to learn it fully. So far so good, responsive team
What do you like best? I like how responsive our dedicated team is. What do you dislike? I feel like the system lacks some functionality or it's not as intuitive as it could be. For example, the performance review module is severely lacking as compared to the competition. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest benefit is probably a more automated open enrollment process.

What do you like best? I like how it can connect to a hiring portal. It is great that it can be a one-stop place to do both payroll and HR projects. Payroll Review
What do you like best? APS Payroll Solutions seems to be user friendly. There are not any hiccups in the payroll process. What do you dislike? I can't really think of any. I guess I would say when employee information changes, you have to contact the representative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We save time in our payroll process. Payroll is processed quickly and efficiently.
