What do you like best? Ease of processing payroll and setting up GL account numbers for the General Ledger report. Timely responses to questions from APS. Report generation is quick and accurate. What do you dislike? Sometimes the pay dates are not available because of holidays, although I understand this is mostly due to the Federal Reserve dates for direct deposits. Always quick to respond and easy to use.
What do you like best? I love the chat feature that allows you to quickly submit a request to your account team. Any time I have an issue or have a question, I can quickly message my team and they get back to me ASAP. The message feature is much more convenient than having to locate the contact number. I was in contact with the team quite a bit during the beginning of the COVID-19 shut down and were definitely a valuable resource during that time. What do you dislike? I haven't ...
