"APS Review"

What do you like best about APS? I have enjoyed the connectivity of APS directly to Sage Intacct. This makes my life so much easier. I also like how everything is managed by the employee directly. This allows for our HR team to focus on more pressing items versus admin tasks.

"User Friendly and Great Customer Service"

What do you like best about APS? The APS payroll system is user-friendly. The system is really easy to use and the training process allows multiple employees to train at one time. The customer service is great. I have spoken with several team members on many different occasions and every team member is eager to help and provide great responses. "Can't beat the customer service"

What do you like best about APS? My team appreciates the teamwork and helpful customer service. I am confident any question or issue I may have is met with respect and prompt attention. If the resolution isn't given at the first response, it is escalated to a higher consult. In every case, my team and I feel that our questions / situations are always important and that the APS team will work quickly to resolve any issue and answer all requests. They target issues with great diligence.

If there are any issues, your account team responds quickly to messages. We researched and met with several companies before choosing APS. I would make the same decision if I had it to do over.

"APS is a great software and the team always super helpful."

What do you like best about APS? Anytime we need assistance with something new or any type of issue APS team is always ready and available. We have not had a problem yet that has not been resolved.
