What do you like best about AppZen? AppZen is user-friendly, I can easily attach receipts there. No additional training is required to start using AppZen, even if it's your first time. What do you like best about AppZen? AppZen is most helpful in flagging errors where we customize and create travel expense rules that the system follows. It also helps in flagging different levels of risk of the expense item. High, Mid, and Low. What do you dislike about AppZen? What do you like best about AppZen? 100% audit. Great integration with Concur thru API, many differnet models wich can be adjusted as per the company needs. High confidence in major markets, good confidence in smaller markates. Receipt translation, customization of rejection messages, great reporting capabilities and fast customer service support. Very good receipt verification model and basic audit rules What do you dislike about AppZen? not able to set up more personalized audit rules - not useful in case of complex audit rules which required external data for verification What problems is AppZen solving and how is that benefiting you? Appzen was trying to set up one or two personalized models for us

What do you like best about AppZen? It is much easier than auditing directly on Concur, the interface is user-friendly and the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. What do you dislike about AppZen? I think there are some things on the interface that could be improved. What problems is AppZen solving and how is that benefiting you? It does help pick up the high risk expense reports instead of random reports and the reporting tool is very useful.

What do you like best about AppZen? The speed. Appzen through AI is able to review epxense reports in a matter of minutes. Our reports neve sat in queue for more than an hour. Comments can be pre-programmed so they are easy to understand by the traveler. It helped our compliance 100%. What do you dislike about AppZen?
