What do you like best about AppZen? 1. Catches duplicates 2. Keeps track of annual, monthly and onetime only stipends 3. Catches fraud 4. Allows more reports to be auto approved accurately. What do you dislike about AppZen? Sometimes expense reports get stuck in the AI audit, would be nice if it sent out a message to let us know that a report has not moved through as it should. "Appzen is truly a wonderful tool when it comes to expense audit."

What do you like best about AppZen? Duplicate expense check, with in report, across the reports and across the systems (T&E and AP) What do you dislike about AppZen? There are no dislikes, but would be more intrested in to see the feature of excluding an expense line and approving the rest. What problems is AppZen solving and how is that benefiting you? Like i mentioned previously the duplicate audit check is a wonderful option, we dont have to do manual check to find it

What do you like best about AppZen? The amount of workload its saving us when processing expenses. What do you dislike about AppZen? the integration issues that we are experiencing are not easy and up until now no solution to the root problem has been found. It does save a huge amount of time on audit, although it is important to make sure that the configuration is right and do regular checks to see if the configuration needs adjustments. Appzen is more developed for integrations with Concur than with other expense systems and it is lacking some functionality for clients using other expense systems or ERP's (in my case we use Workday). What do you like best about AppZen? It really helps with the detection of Duplicate expenses within the same report and across reports, which are really difficult for auditors to discover. Expenses above thresholds are also detected quite easily.
