Unethical changing of goalposts and charge increases
After a number of years as a long standing customer, Appy Pie changed their guidance and policies after promising that their lifetime platinum user plan would be honoured, new charges were implemented, account restrictions made, push notifications limited and ultimately the app was blocked.

Seamless process
Appy pie was not the app i needed for my task, i realised this after i had signed up for my free trial. I chatted with appy pie a few days later in order to get help cancelling it, it was a seamless process through the chat.
