Great Software and Value for the Cost

What do you like best? The apps integrate well with most of what I need on a day to day basis. Their support is great and has helped with several problems. The browser based interface along with the app are very easy to use as well. What do you dislike? Some of the email associations are a bit slow, but not much else. Great ease of use and scalability

What do you like best? It's modular so users only need the components that suit their functions. This makes it very easy to navigate and utilize. A great product for small to medium sized businesses that can accommodate growth at a very reasonable investment. What do you dislike? On-line chat

What do you like best? The on-line chat with Rajesh was excellent. My issues were dealt with professionally and efficiently What do you dislike? I had no dislikes at all. My questions were dealt with quickly and efficiently What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Applying a contact name within the customer app. Applying employee restrictions and making changes to the master layout after importation of data.

For the value, Apptivo has been the perfect CRM solution for our medium sized manufacturing company.

What do you like best? The ease of modifying / customizing each app is very useful. The online chat support is good and takes care of 90% of needs. What do you dislike? When items get too technical, you are requested to reach out to another support area. No biggie, but you cannot take care of everything through the chat function. Great CRM for Small Business

What do you like best? The support team is very helpful in quickly addressing issues and considering feature requests suggestions from customers. I recently worked with Rajesh on an issue at 8:53PM EST. With a quick Zoom meeting screen sharing session, he was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue. Deciding on Apptivo

What do you like best? I like the format, ease of use, and easy navigation Apptivo offers. Also, Apptivo has a great support team and great online training webinars. What do you dislike? I haven't found any dislikes at this time using Apptivo. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's all about service with CRM Providers

What do you like best? I have worked with a number of CRM systems and while they are all impressive in their customizations and bells and whistles, Apptivo just blows everyone away with their service.
