PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Apptivo's support team is fast to respond whenever we encounter issues. Customer Service Assistance is Great!
What do you like best? Being able to import and export customer information. What do you dislike? Nothing that is too problematic. Everything works smoothly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving getting tasks done in a timely manner.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Their support team is very competent and responsive. We encountered a minor issue while setting the software up and they were able to fix it immediately after they were informed. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Quick and helpful support
What do you like best? I was working real-time with one of our reps trying to setup their profile. We ran into a new issue during this process that I have not encountered. We used the Chat feature and was walked through several steps to try. We found out the issue was with the browser. Apptivo logged into our account and fixed it for us.
