What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? Very clear user interface, the functionality provided by the tool, it's ease of use and the support provided by the company. There's continuous enhancements going on which is another plus point. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? It would have found much more use with in our organisation if it supported multiple cost centres and multiple costs for different resources. What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? When the views are properly set-up, it shows you what you need to know. Whether you are at the stand-up, starting to work on an assigned ticket, etc. What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? Properly setting up the boards is not a task that I look forward on doing. Without properly set-up views you will not easily find the information you need. What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? The clean interface that works well. We also use the API to automatically create dev request which is really handy. We commonly use TP as a knowledge base for all development issues. All issues are submitted into TP and tracked there as request. Those request can become bugs and/or stories.
