Every other company I have worked at used JIRA. Over the last 3-4 years I found that JIRA has become more bloated and harder to use. What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? The entire UI in TargetProcess is very responsive! What do you dislike about Apptio Targetprocess? My biggest complaint about TargetProcess would be the mobile experience. What problems is Apptio Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed 1 softoware solution that would provide bug tracking, feature management, etc - and to function with a rotating host of different unrelated projects.

What do you like best about Apptio Targetprocess? I like the various layers under the top level. The ability to create custom reports comes in very handy. Seems to work well for Product Management.
