Easy to use and helpful
What do you like best? Super easy interface. Everything is easy to find and there aren't extra "unneeded" features clogging up space. Of course, the video recordings are the key here along with touch heatmaps. What do you dislike? It can get expensive if you're enterprise and have a lot app sessions.
