Terrible Customer Service and unstable product

What do you like best? Video of sessions in app. Funnels, although quite limited. What do you dislike? We found the product massively unstable, it caused crashes on both Android and iOS. It cost us users, and credibility. Their customer support was the WORST I have ever experienced from any company. They have no regard for you the customer. We tore the product out after 2 months. I would not recommend them to anyone, and we are now implementing a competitive solution without issue. ...

Easy to use and helpful

What do you like best? Super easy interface. Everything is easy to find and there aren't extra "unneeded" features clogging up space. Of course, the video recordings are the key here along with touch heatmaps. What do you dislike? It can get expensive if you're enterprise and have a lot app sessions. What do you like best? The API for my mobile app was only 2 lines of code for the basic startup statistics. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. I was really that easy to set up. Recommendations to others considering the product Try the 14 day trial. It should only take 5 minute to set up the basics and then you can get a case study with beta testers.
