"Easy to navigate"
What do you like best about Appriver? I love that the interface is pretty easy to navigate, and the appearance is nice. I have always found the customer service team to be very helpful and prompt. The email continuity feature has been a life saver when our in house mail server has any issues.

What do you like best about Appriver? The customer service is the best; there is no automated attendant on the calls. The products are also excellent, and the associates know its business backwards and forwards. The associates always seem to be pleased you are calling – they are ready and willing to help. You cannot call Microsoft anymore, but you can always reach AppRiver.

"Great support for spam filtering"
Describe the project or task Appriver helped with: We use AppRiver for filtering spam. Originally it was in front of an inhouse mail server and now we use it in front of Office 365. All of the mail first hits AppRiver and is then filtered and non-spam gets passed thru to Office 365. Users get daily reports of held spam.
