Very impressed with Appointy

What do you like best? I have been looking to streamline my appointment system and Appointy's software has managed to exceed my expectations. Easy to use and very efficient

What do you like best? I am extremely satisfied with appointy. The software makes it super easy for my clients and myself to use. I especially love their customer service, they always respond in a timely manner at all hours! Before the trial was even complete, I had clients scheduled for my service, pay me though paypal (linked easily) and connect via zoom (also linked easily). Bent over backwards for my use-case

What do you like best? The flexibility of their software and the willingness to adapt it from the top level. Other scheduling software companies I worked with were "too big" to offer anything other than their out-of-the-box service. This is a great scheduling service. Easy to use, does time zone conversion, integrates easily!

What do you like best? Their support team is the best. They are fast, respond within 5 minutes, are helpful and have all gone above and beyond in helping me navigate changes. In fact I like this service so much I have jumped through hoops to write them an excellent review! What do you dislike? No downside after 7 years! An appointment setter that's the best in the market right now.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's the only tool that I'm currently using for scheduling appointments. I'm a very busy guy. I constantly want to be given reminders of the activities I'm supposed to do. I don't like paying for a secretary. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I'm very happy using Appointy. Support was flat out amazing!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Chat support was a big help. The agent behind it all did a spectacualr job. He tailored my appointments. He was able to walk me through everything I needed. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It appears the software is a bit hard to break down.
