The system does not have an applicant status that are required by stages to go through. you can skip through the status rather than having to go through each step What problems are you solving with the product? Good but there ia better

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to post a job listing. Also like how it will distribute to multiple free job sites, and can pay more for charged sites. What do you dislike? Doesn't show if applicant has applied to multiple job postings within the company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes it less time comsumming when posting on multiple job boards.
