What do you like best? The background is linked into the system. I have worked with major ATS and most do not have the bg linked to the system What do you dislike? Candidate notes are viewed in the req/job they are in. I would have wished that notes can be seen across the board type of structure. I don't have to click links to view notes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It boots me off since it opens new tabs.

I have always loved Applicant Pro and recommend it often.

What do you like best? I like that you all continual try to make improvements. I like that I can send a chat with a question and I get a fast and friendly response. I also really like the ability to text! You all make is super easy! What do you dislike? I would say a "wish" item not necessarily a dislike would be a place to put potential candidates that we know of in the community, but haven't actually applied would be nice. What do you like best? Integrations from indeed, the functionality to push to various job boards seamlessly, integration with background checks, WOTC 8850, What do you dislike? Sometimes the system times out after a few minutes and kicks you out. What do you like best? I like that when you post a job, you can use templates or previous postings to save you from having to enter all the information again. I also like that you can directly message applicants, rate them, leave notes, and see who else has looked at them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the flexibility in posting the positions. I can pick and choose which positions I want to pay for an extra "boost". Simple service that helps reach a lot of candidates easily

What do you like best? The simplicity of its design. I'm managing job postings for 58 locations across 8 states and it honestly only takes me a few minutes to post several jobs! What do you dislike?
