Helps with personal and business

What do you like best? I love the fact I don't have to add anything to a Macbook. I have all the conveyances of Microsoft Suites without having to buy a subscription. It's already on my phone which I use a lot when traveling. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about Numbers. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have an iPhone it’s convent What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can see how ...

Best all around app for spreadsheet files

What do you like best? I love that I can save the file to the iCloud drive and have access to it immediately from my iPhone. There is also a clean interface that is easy to use. What do you dislike? Some items on the iPhone app could be upgraded for ease of use but overall still an amazing app. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you use Apple computers this is a must. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great spreadsheet for quick tasks

What do you like best? When doing quick things like a schedule or any template included or created it's just faster than excel or any other option, has great presentation built in so even something created in 3 minutes looks great and ready to send. The selection of templates is just amazing, ready to use with less than 1-minute customization. What do you dislike? It's not a replacement for excel, although it is a spreadsheet it's quite limited to basic stuff as most macros only ...

Everyone needs a spreadsheet for managing finances or data, and numbers is a simple and elegant solution for the Mac for this!

Numbers for numbers

What do you like best? I was trained in Excel but when I moved to the Mac environment I thought I'd need to train on a new system but was relieved that Numbers was easy to transition to and easy to use. What do you dislike? I use simple spreadsheets to track accounting and membership and have found nothing to dislike about Numbers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Numbers can handle most spreadsheet requirements without having to pay big money for huge ...

Proving spreadsheets can be beautiful too

What do you like best? I love using Numbers because it allows me to create a coherent spreadsheet with functional formulas without feeling like it’s too ugly to show in a presentation. The tables alone are enough to win me over, but the plethora of templates had me at hello. What do you dislike? The only issue I have with Numbers is actually more of an issue with Excel - the cross-platform compatibility for my non-Mac colleagues is rough, mostly due to the things I love about ...

An amazing and free replacement for Microsoft Excel on the Mac

What do you like best? Everyone needs a good spreadsheet app, and Numbers is a great free replacement that fits the style of the mac much more than Excel, and is actually simpler to use than Excel. What do you dislike? It still has only a fraction of the features that Excel offers, there are many things you would still need Excel for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it for all my spreadsheet needs, from analyzing data ...

Way easier to use than Excel. A godsend for offices that have Mac and PC computers.

What do you like best? Some of the departments in the office have PC computers and laptops but the Creative Department only use Macs. Rather than paying for an Office 365 subscription, Numbers is fantastic as you can open, edit and save Microsoft Excel files and send them back to colleagues using PC computers. That being said, I do find Numbers more intuitive and user friendly compared to Microsoft Excel. What do you dislike? Opening an Excel file is fine but saving it isn't as ...
