What do you like best? KPI dashboard software can deliver real time reporting. So you can receive data analytics, that's the reason why you will use this software. What do you dislike? The software is very easy to use but not usefull for every company. It could be usefull for bigger companies than the one we have used to. With 4 employees. What do you like best? The low learning curve in which new users can start making their own reports and publish them. What do you dislike? The license model is a bit too strict, but good enough for big companies. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest benefit we are realizing is that we have real time insight in processes that in the past were like black boxes.
