What do you like best? Appian can answer to both simple and complex business processes What do you dislike? Not everything can be customized, but there is new features regularly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? By far the best feature by far is the timing automation. With so much to do and little time. We use the time out feature to keep the workflow moving. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Executable BPMN development environment lets us directly translate business process. What do you dislike? The deployment model is single server. Appian is a great partner not just a vendor.

What do you like best? Their systems are written using the software they provide. Therefore no matter who you talk to at Appian - they all have had experience in the system. Everyone from the incident management to the higher-level representatives is always available when needed to work on or escalate issues.
