Great workflow tool

What do you like best? By far the best feature by far is the timing automation. With so much to do and little time. We use the time out feature to keep the workflow moving. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The Appian suite allows for swift delivery in business value. What would take weeks or months to deliver in a legacy ERP system takes days in Appian. What do you dislike? Since Appian is a suite, it has many tools to solve your business process needs. Appian is a great partner not just a vendor.

What do you like best? Their systems are written using the software they provide. Therefore no matter who you talk to at Appian - they all have had experience in the system. Everyone from the incident management to the higher-level representatives is always available when needed to work on or escalate issues. The concept is there but there's a lot more room for improvement

What do you like best? Ease of creating applications, we are able to tweak it more to our needs than the previous one What do you dislike? It has limitations as to some of the functionalities we need specific to our organization's needs and thus, we had to do a lot of manual work ie updating the database What problems are you solving with the product?
