What do you like best? The ease of designing the business processes and then simply configuring them to make it work is the best thing I can say. Community is very rich and helpful. There's everything documented properly and it's very easy to pick Appian as a new developer. I started with the development last year and now, I play a vital role in my team. All thanks to Appian! One app can do so much

What do you like best? The ease of use. The modelling flow chart to model process flow diagrammatically instead having to write line after line after line of code. I like how you can pretty much create any process type application for so many industries.
