What do you like best? The diagram of the whole application and its connections What do you dislike? It doesn’t notify you if the agent stop working.. Great features, they thought of everything
What do you like best? Unified Monitoring rolls several products into one platform, which makes for robust solutions. The UI is perfected. Website monitoring is made more efficient with AppDynamics. Support is average to good. It is a robust, ROBUST product but this has its drawbacks as well. What do you dislike? Robust tool usually means a steep learning curve and AppDynamics is no exception. Great Modern Monitoring Tool!
What do you like best? Ease of use for end users, new dashboards and reports can be generated quickly and easily. Provides deep insights with minimal customization. What do you dislike? Agent Deployment and management could be a simpler process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? AppDynamics has been able to help identify issues and their root causes on our customer facing website.

Great Tool!
What do you like best? The tool is great! We use it to gauge service availability across our applications and platforms. What do you dislike? I think that the UI could be a bit better, at times, there are glitches and bugs that slow things down. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? AppDynamics helps my organization see service availability, which is great.
