Easy, accessible and powerful

What do you like best? Appcues works well because it doesn't try to be everything, the product tours and promos are essential for any product that iterates quickly. It enables one to, independent of development, work on nuanced launch campaigns with a high degree of control (who, what, when, when not) What do you dislike? Appcues is probably the best onboarding I have ever used.

What do you like best? 1. It saves a ton of development time as is provides ready to use features such as hotspot, web tours, and surveys. 2. It is a very simple, easy to configure, and easy to use the tool. 3. One feature which I liked most is the audience targeting, this feature helps to run experimentation on the product. Easy to use platform with awesome customer service

What do you like best? Appcues is super intuitive and makes it easy to ramp up quickly. You could start publishing your first Appcues flows within a day of signing up and getting your properties set up. I really love to clean and modern interface and how tags make it simple to find particular flows. Also - the NPS feature has been critical to our business. Great app that helps see what users are doing and helps them be susscesful.

What do you like best? I really like the NPS options and setting up special flows for top scores. What do you dislike? A little hard to add all the functions in without help from your dev team time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure it does all you want and negotiate the price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping onboard customers and getting them help when they need it.

Easy-to-use and effective, even for those who aren't tech-savvy

What do you like best? Appcues is so easy to use and customizable that it has become one of my favorite work programs. I'm not super tech-savvy, so I love how intuitive and fast its system is. Great tool for product and customer teams

What do you like best? The flows are an awesome solution to guide your customers on screen, allowing quick prototyping and testing with an intuitive interface to let anyone in your team build a pop-up. What do you dislike? The NPS tool is a bit deprioritized on Appcues so there isn't much space for customization. What do you like best? We use appcues for onboarding and communication with customers. The onboarding functionality is solid, but needs a good implementation strategy to reduce maintenance.
