Fantastic product great features and usability
What do you like best? love how easy to use, design options, customisable. Reporting is really insightful and love the new checklist feature. What do you dislike? that there is too much choice! I can get carried away! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great tool, fantastic support
What do you like best? It's a powerful tool and I have learned a tremendous amount about onboarding and customer experience. As a company, Appcues clearly "eats their own dogfood" and they are a pleasure to work with. What do you dislike? Nothing really - it's a great tool. Very Comprehensive Onboarding Software that Negates the Need for Development
What do you like best? -Extremely easy to implement -Segmenting by any type of user -Looks beautiful -Easy analytics What do you dislike? Everything is element driven (e.g. show a call-out next to this H1 heading when user is on this page). However, our site has many "hidden" elements on a page, which only display when the user interacts with the page in a certain way. Easy to use and great service
What do you like best? We shopped around for an onboarding SaaS service for a while and Appcues was by far the best. It's extremely easy to use and the customer service has been great. The people there aren't afraid to take the time to make sure you know the product. I look forward to seeing how we can improve adoption with this product. What do you dislike? Communication/training made easy for right when your clients need it.
What do you like best? I love that as a non-developer I can train/inform our clients about additions to our tools. Getting our development team involved in anything is a process, but Appcues was an easy one time set up and then all I have to do is spend 10 minutes setting up a flow and now I can show whatever customers I want to a new feature! Fantastic for in-app customer communication
What do you like best? The granular targeting supported by Appcues is tremendous; you pass a wide variety of user attributes to Appcues and use that to segment your user base with enterprise level precision. What do you dislike? Our tool is built on AngularJS, and as a Single Page App, targeting can be tricky. What do you like best? We are really liking how we can create customized walk through for our clients to send in a live chat or email that takes them through a step by step process. Awesome In Product Guidance
What do you like best? Appcues is super easy to use, once you get past a small ramp up time. We're able to relaly walk our customers through the system to provide on-point guidance and reduce support load. What do you dislike? There's a bit of a ramp-up as you learn their system and how it works, but once you have that down you're all set. What do you like best? Appcues is a breeze. From the easy way to install and get ready; to its UI, UX, documentation, customer support, and integrations.
