Easy to use for engaging user onboarding!

What do you like best? Appcues saves us development time and makes it easy to build engaging in-app content. What do you dislike? Performance in the builder could be quicker. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? User onboarding is constantly evolving in our app and it is inefficient to consistently write new, static code for this. Appcues makes it easy and fast!

The perfect software to engage your users

What do you like best? Appcues has helped us engage our customers throughout their journey. We have seen a significant impact on our conversion and retention. What do you dislike? The reporting functionality can be improved. Now you can only see the aggregate numbers, but not the stats of individual users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a product-led company, we want our product to be the major growth lever for our business. The ...

Really good user experience!

What do you like best? Appcues flow builder is easy to use because you don't need to code to make a good onboarding or feature announcement. You can start building onboardings in a minute and make it online with only a few clicks. And you don't need to leave the page where you're at! I strongly recommend using Appcues. What do you dislike? I've faced some issues during the building process, but it was correlated to front end configurations. I recommend the users to involve the ...

Appcues Review

What do you like best? Easy to setup and use, with a variety of options ie. modals, slideouts, NPS, tooltips, blinkers What do you dislike? It would be great if there was a way to preview how the flows appear in different browsers. I once went to visit a user and the flow looked stretched in What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to setup customised product walkthroughs and tooltips without having engineering resources involved.

Powerful tool for optimising your onboarding flows easily

What do you like best? Appcues is a great tool for our team. It allows us to quickly iterate and improve our onboarding flows without spending hours of engineering time. We also use appcues for NPS, which has helped us cut down on additional tools. What do you dislike? Nothing really. The appcues product has a lot of features and functionality, and is easy to use - which make it hard to fault. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Appcues: Intuitive, Beautiful, Fast

What do you like best? The ease and speed that you can crease/ launch flows up w/ decent customization. Their support and customer success team is really helpful and quick to respond. Lastly, you don't have to be a developer to utilize this product, though it helps to have a few dev resources to lean on! What do you dislike? No branching logic (which may over complicate the product to be honest). I also think some of the features could use a few more customization options such as finer ...

Easy-to-implement solution for a difficult problem

What do you like best? Appcues is very simple to use, and depending on your situation should be easy to implement in your website/product. Rather than your dev team building everything in-house, you can save a lot of developer time by having them just input the code and doing it yourself (non-technical guy here) What do you dislike? Sometimes when you're building a flow the buttons can lock and you'll have to refresh your page. Not too big of a deal and doesn't happen too often. A ...

I think is the best solution for onboarding

What do you like best? I think the modals and formats we can use to indicate our users is good. We don't need to code anything to personalize our workflows. What do you dislike? Maybe the import/exports to create complexities segments could help us more than you are helping! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm capable to guide my user with no-code plataform to get the Aha moment earlier. So, we can prove our value fast enough

Loveable product and awesome team

What do you like best? Simplicity and ease in creating engaging content. The chrome flows plugin makes it quick and easy to build content in a wysiwyg interface. What do you dislike? Until recently we were not able to production test the flows without acting as a real user. This change has now been delivered and works well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to focus our developers on building core value for our clients ...
