What do you like best about Appcues? Anna, our Customer Success Manager, is a rockstar. She is knowledgeable, concise, and generous with her time to make sure we are successful. "Easy way to implement tooltips and copy"

What do you like best about Appcues? Being able to complete copy/tooltip/modal changes without any engineering help. Our engineers are already resourced to other projects and ongoing initiatives, so any chance we get to deliver high impact changes to the way our sites work without pulling them from their work is a win. What do you like best about Appcues? I love that Appcues makes it so easy to set up a new feature alert. Every step is very straightforward, even for someone like me who was just learning Appcues for the first time. "Extremely adaptable, great configuration and excellent support"

What do you like best about Appcues? This tool really helps us to fill gaps where they exist in the product. It is super easy to use and intuitive. Any time I've ever needed their support or customer success (which is rare), I've found them helpful and knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Appcues?
