"It is very user friendly and the NPS aspect has already seen a major improvement."

What do you like best about Appcues? I like the NPS surveys because the segmentation portion makes for more targeted audiences. Also, our AppCues CSM, Miranda, was extremely helpful. What do you dislike about Appcues? So far, figuring out how to integrate AppCues and Salesforce has been challenging and not very intuitive. The AppCues help center article was not very helpful. What do you like best about Appcues? Clean and simple to use UI, and it allows me to be far more proactive in my role as a CSM. What do you dislike about Appcues? Doesn't seem like we can filter NPS by who the customer is assigned to, What problems is Appcues solving and how is that benefiting you? Appcues is the best NPS tool on the market

What do you like best about Appcues? App Cues is incredibly flexible. We have been able to overcome numerous challenges in our product with this tool. It saves us time and keeps things off of engineerings plate so they can do the most important work. What do you dislike about Appcues? I would like to see more flexibility within the builder for things like inline images, font awesome icon support, and more layout options. Additionally, more CSS control over things like pins would be an ...
