What do you like best? It is very easy to use and once the script is installed you don't need a dev ressource to launch new flows. You can customize your flows with your colors and add images, videos or gifs. They have great ressources on how to get started, how to create a great onboarding experience and best practices around onboarding. What do you dislike?
