Easy to Use & Better than our old provider

What do you like best? I like how intuitive it is to use Appcues and easy to customize. With other products it can be really difficult to create flows that move between pages or adjust formatting. What do you like best? You need very little training to get started. The platform is user-friendly and analytics are top notch! What do you dislike? No dislikes. The software performs well above my expectations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can now easily send notifications when improvements are made to our platform, creating less friction in our call center

What do you like best? I like how I can communicate with providers live on the portal and website without having to rely on email. With email, it's hard because many people are so inundated with emails they skip over yours. Appcues is great because you can meet the customer where they are instead of sending them to another location to read your message. What do you dislike? Appcues is wonderful. What do you like best? AppCues is so easy to use, that you can set up, edit, review, and publish a modal within minutes! What do you dislike? Load time for the editor could improve, but otherwise it's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This tool has had a huge impact in our ability to improve and experiment with our app experience without waiting on dev teams.

Appcues is an awesome solution for creating in-app campaigns and announcements.

What do you like best? Appcues works well with our software. It allows our team to onboard new users effectively and call attention to new features and product updates. After somewhat of a steep initial learning curve, Appcues is an intuitive product that multiple team members can use.
