Great tool and content.
What do you like best? Appcues does a great job of making their tool accessible. I love being able to build flows inside my app, it helps me step into my users' shoes. What do you dislike? Great All Around Product
What do you like best? I like the guidance it gives you on how to build great workflows. What do you dislike? Sometimes the flows do not work on certain computers because of ad blockers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving to onboard clients better. We realize that our calls to our helpdesk have gone down because of AppCues.

What do you like best? We had a hard time onboarding new users with a static knowledge base article, so we tried using appcues. The results have been great, as we see a steady growth of customers and the support load has remained manageable because our appcues module trains people on how to use the software effectively.
